Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Should you not be completely satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return items for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returns must be confirmed in writing or by phone within 14 days of receiving the goods. All returns should be sent to the address we will send you by email.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

You can return the goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange. We would advise you to send return items by a registered/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and item(s) fit for resale.

If goods are defective in any way, please return them immediately and we will either deliver a new item(s) to you or offer a full refund. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.

A full refund for the price of goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within 5 working days from the date of return. If the initial order value qualified for free shipping and the returned item reduces the order value below the free shipping limit then a refund less the cost of shipping will be issued.


You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
